A heart-felt CD is released in an intimate night of song as Gale DuBrow, painter, artist, sings the messages she finds in jazz standards and adds some of her own lyrics, too. She is accompanied by the pianist Joel Robin Goldenthal, director of Jazz in Az. (Phoenix, Arizona). The setting is a salon created for The Spirit of the Senses, celebrating over 25 years of experts in their fields performing and sharing their expertise in fields ranging from Music, Scientific Research, Literature, Healing, Arts, the Economy, just to mention a few. The date is March 13, 2009 in a unique and resonant home of two architects in Phoenix, Arizona at 7pm.

An Evening in Paris
Gail will perform with pianist Hans Brehmer as part of the WAIF (Whidbey Animals' Improvement Foundation) Spring Fling Auction at the Crockett Barn in Coupeville on Whidbey Island. The event includes a 5-course gourmet dinner and live and silent auctions. Tickets are $85 per person and may be purchased securely by credit card at the WAIF web site or by phone at 360-678-1366.

Aiming for your heart, I hope to reach the special people in my life (and you know who you are), and find more to listen to my song.
I cherish singing with and learning from the talented, sensitive musicians working with me and the support of my singer mentor friends. We are all co-creators in this piece of a dream we call life. I could not imagine life without song.
Eternal gratitude for the encouragement from friends and family, your help has been inestimable; and in memorium to my grandmother who knew before anyone else, how important the music is to me; and to my dad. To my dazzling grandchildren, Langston and Gideon, I sing Bein' Green.
Humbly, I thank you all as I send out to you these songs of love, life, and learning. As with my paintings, they come from my heart. I hope they touch you.
